The first informative meeting of 30 minutes, to get acquainted and assess whether you need a lawyer, is free. In this meeting we will also discuss whether you qualify for government funded legal aid.

The Legal Aid Board assesses whether you qualify for government funded legal aid, and if so, whether you have to pay a personal contribution. For more information, see the website of the Legal Aid Board.

If you do not qualify for government funded legal aid, I will agree an hourly fee or a fixed price with you. Both these options are in any case dependent on the nature and complexity of your case. In addition, any disbursements such as court fees, bailiff costs and/or legal fees are due.
